This page explains delivery/performance, withdrawal, cancellation and refund terms, applied together with the Distance Sales Agreement and the Preliminary Information Form.
1. Delivery / Performance
- Digital products: made available via a secure link in your account and/or by e-mail after payment.
- Consulting: performed on the agreed date/scope. Statutory maximum period is 30 days.
2. Right of Withdrawal
Generally within 14 days of delivery/contract. Refunds are made within 14 days via the original payment method, free of charge.
3. Exceptions
Under Art.15 of the Regulation, withdrawal does not apply to instantly-performed online services and instantly-delivered digital content once access has begun with the Buyer’s consent.
4. Cancellation & Refund
Service orders not yet started may be cancelled. Approved refunds are processed via PayTR; posting time depends on your bank.
