This Distance Sales Agreement is concluded electronically between the Seller and the Buyer in accordance with Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

1. Parties

SELLER: Asya Beyza Şahin (details above). BUYER: the person placing an order via asyabeyzasahin.com and providing their identity, contact and address information at checkout.

2. Subject

This Agreement governs the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery/performance of the product/service ordered electronically, whose characteristics and price are stated on the site and in the order summary.

3. Product/Service & Payment

Essential characteristics, quantity, VAT-inclusive total, any discount/coupon and the payment method are shown during checkout. Payments are collected via the secure provider PayTR; card details are neither seen nor stored by the Seller.

4. General Provisions

Before ordering, the Buyer confirms having read and approved the Preliminary Information Form, including the right of withdrawal. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.

5. Delivery / Performance

Digital content is made available in the member account and/or by e-mail after payment confirmation. Consulting services are performed per the agreed schedule. The statutory performance period is at most 30 days.

6. Right of Withdrawal

Details are provided in the Preliminary Information Form and the Cancellation, Refund & Delivery page. Under Art.15 of the Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for services performed instantly online and digital content supplied instantly, once performance has begun with the Buyer’s consent.

7. Disputes

Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction within the monetary limits announced annually.
