Payment & Delivery
Payment is made by credit/debit card via PayTR. Digital products are made available after payment; consulting services are performed on the agreed schedule.
Right of Withdrawal
The Buyer may withdraw within 14 days without justification or penalty, by notifying the Seller via the contact channels above.
Exceptions
Under Art.15 of the Regulation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services performed instantly online and digital content supplied instantly (e-books etc.) once performance/access has begun with the Buyer’s consent.
Complaints
The Buyer may apply to the competent Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court within the announced monetary limits.
